Returns Policy
20 Days return Policy:

All items can be returned within 20 days of date of purchase, this includes special order items that may not be in stock.

A full refund will be given, less a postage, packing and special delivery charges of £10.00.

Upon receiving your returned goods, they will be inspected by our returns officer, and in the event of jewelery, a gemologist, to confirm
the original item has been returned in an acceptable condition. Be aware that items that have been used, worn, damaged engraved or altered in any
way will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned by special delivery.

To return any item please please proceed as follows:

(1) Notify Bourbon-Hanby of your intent to return the goods purchased by calling 020 7352 2106.

(2) Pack up your item for return in the original packaging including any certificates of authenticity.

(3) Bourbon-Hanby charges £100 replacement fee for any lost certification documents.

Send your package by post, special delivery, insured for the full purchase price, or Bourbon-Hanby will not accept delivery.
